Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after shipment; international delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $49. Otherwise the default flat shipping rate is $9.9 when no regional rule applies. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email tracking details when available. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported within 7 days with photos.
How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout for your region. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant partners over HTTPS.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our store uses HTTPS/SSL encryption. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Do product pages match what I will receive?
We review titles, images, prices, and descriptions for accuracy. Minor manufacturing variations can occur; material differences should be reported so we can help.
