Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on PopDealBox. Standard shipping is free on orders over $49; when an order does not qualify and no regional rule applies, the default flat shipping rate is $9.9.
1. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or for personalized or pre-order items—any extended timeline will be noted on the product or checkout page.
2. Shipping methods
Available carriers and service levels are shown at checkout based on your shipping address. Options may include standard and expedited services where supported.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are business days after shipment, not including processing time:
- Domestic: typically 3–10 business days depending on service level and region
- International: typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, or local holidays may affect delivery.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders over $49. If an order does not qualify for free shipping and no regional rule applies, the default flat shipping rate is $9.9.
Promotional free-shipping coupons may override these defaults when their stated conditions are met. The final shipping cost is always shown before payment.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking information when available. You may also track orders using the order number on our Track Order page.
6. International orders & customs
International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing may delay delivery.
7. Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Contact us immediately if you notice an error before shipment.
8. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your package is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date (or delivery scan) with your order number. We will work with the carrier and advise on replacement, refund, or claim options as appropriate.
9. Split shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages at no extra charge. You will receive tracking for each shipment when applicable.
