Returns & Refunds
This policy explains when and how you may return items and receive refunds or replacements from PopDealBox. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery; damaged, defective, or wrong items should be reported within 7 days.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery unless a product page states a different period. The delivery date is determined by the carrier’s delivery confirmation or our records.
2. Eligible items
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories unless defective on arrival.
3. Non-returnable items
The following are generally not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:
- Final sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at purchase
- Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings if hygiene seals are broken
- Digital goods or gift cards
4. How to start a return
- Contact us via the Contact page or email [email protected] with your order number and item(s) to return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship items back using a trackable method unless we specify otherwise.
Unauthorized returns (without a return authorization where required) may be refused or delayed.

6. Return shipping costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If your order qualified for free shipping over $49, the refund covers the eligible product price paid.
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Refunds include the product price paid; promotional discounts may be adjusted proportionally. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our mistake or a defective item.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange; you may also return the item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including shipping where appropriate.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
